With over 20 years of experience, Connie is enthusiastic and passionate about her job as the Business Administrator. Connie is always willing to take on new tasks, seeking growth and exploring ways to master her skills. She wears many hats, ranging from practice management, accounting, marketing, and human resources, to the every day processes it takes to manage the office. Connie strives to give our patients and her team the very best. Outside of work, Connie loves spending quality time with her husband, adult children, grandchildren and her yellow lab Echo. Connie's hobbies include yoga and spending time outdoors.

Shelby is a Certified Medical Assistant, she has been in the dental field for over ten years bringing a variety of skills. CPR and X-Ray certified, she enjoys educating patients and helping them in any way possible! She has a love for making people happy and a special way of getting patients to smile! Outside of the dental world she enjoys spending time with her husband and children!

Michaela graduated Cum Laude, from Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC) with and Associate of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2016. Prior to practicing as a dental hygienist, she worked for more than fifteen years as a Certified Dental Assistant. She is licensed in Virginia, and is certified to deliver local anesthetics. In order to provide the best care for her patients, she stays current on new technologies, hygiene products, and attends continuing education classes regularly. Additionally, she is an active member of the American Dental Hygienist Association. Michaela’s attention to detail and enthusiasm to maintain high and current standards in the profession of periodontics are truly appreciated by her patients and dental team. She balances her work life, with a love of travel, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Jeanie has over 20 years of dental experience first working as a dental assistant with her uncle who is an established dentist in Annandale, VA, then becoming a hygienist in 2005. “Once you step foot in our office, you become part of our family.” Outside of the dental office, Jeanie likes to spend time with her fur baby and extended family. Outside of dentistry, cooking and experimenting with different recipes is her therapy. 

With over 20 years of experience in the dental industry, Cecilia started as a dental assistant in the United States Air Force before becoming a registered dental hygienist.  Cecilia is known for her gentle and thorough approach. She continues to serve in the Air Force Reserve, balancing her commitment to her job and family. In her free time Cecilia enjoys cheering on her son's baseball games and spending quality time with her loved ones.

 Joanne is an experienced dental assistant.  She was born in the Philippines and immigrated to Northern California. She started working as a dental assistant in 1994, earning her license as a Registered Dental Assistant in 1997.   Joanne is X-Ray and CPR certified, and has completed classes at Mt. Diablo Adult Education, CA. She speaks English and Tagalog. Joanne enjoys spending time with her husband (Air Force Officer), and her children.

Ingrid, our dental assistant has over twenty years of experience. She is from El Salvador and received her dental degree from Universidad Evangelica de El Salvador. She worked as a dentist for three years before moving to the United States, in the year 2000.  Ingrid is X-Ray and CPR certified, and has completed classes at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI). She is fluent in both Spanish and English. In her free time, Ingrid enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Kia started her career as an orthodontic dental assistant and has been a dental assistant for Dr. Reyes since 2021. Outside of the office, Kia keeps very busy as a mom to four daughters, two of which are twins, and also has two grandsons that she adores! Kia is passionate about dentistry and is dedicated to creating a safe and comfortable environment for her patients.
